§ 01 · TRUSTED BY
From workwear giants to
recognised fashion labels.
Brands across Europe and the US rely on SAAAN for verified compliance, consistent quality, and the kind of direct communication that makes a second and third season straightforward. Many of these partnerships began with a single trial order and grew into recurring programs.

§ 02 · OUR STORY
Built on relationships, not just orders.
SAAAN-APPAREL was founded in Lahore in 2017 with a single purpose — to give brands of any size access to high-quality, sustainable knitwear backed by genuine, documented compliance. What started as a 40-machine workshop has grown into a semi-vertical operation, but the operating principle hasn’t changed: every milestone below is a relationship built on consistency and craftsmanship rather than the lowest possible price.
2017
Founded in Lahore
Started with 40 stitching machines and a single goal — quality manufacturing made accessible to every brand that values craftsmanship, not only the largest buyers.
2020–21
First global partners
Secured our first international accounts. Urban Outfitters, T-Mobile and Antigua joined the roster — validating a model built on transparency and consistency.
2022–24
Full compliance stack
Scaled the operation and completed the international stack — SMETA 4-Pillar, GOTS, GRS, WRAP and ISO 9001 & 14001 — while onboarding Strabag, PORR Group and EE London.
§ 03 · PRODUCTION FACILITY
Built for global standards.
SAAAN runs as a semi-vertical operation with full in-house control across the entire make process — fabric intake and coordination, sampling, computer-aided cutting, stitching, finishing and packing. Keeping every stage under one roof means quality and timelines stay in our hands rather than scattered across subcontractors, and the whole setup is built around the testing, safety and documentation international brands demand — in Europe, the US and beyond.
CAP / 01
In-House Cutting
Computer-aided cutting delivers consistent precision and minimal fabric waste across every order size, with markers optimised before a single layer is spread.
CAP / 02
Full Sampling Service
Both sales samples and pre-production samples are produced in-house, so your team can present collections and sign off construction and fit before committing to bulk.
CAP / 03
Multi-Stage QC
Every order is inspected at cutting, inline and final stages against documented checkpoints, with in-house needle detection on finished garments — the same discipline whether the run is 300 pieces or 30,000.
CAP / 04
Finishing, Heat-Press & Packing
In-house finishing, pressing and packing, plus heat-press decoration for transfers, labels and prints — with eco-certified packaging to carry your sustainability commitments through to the carton.
CAP / 05
Fabric Coordination
Organic and BCI cotton, recycled polyester and blended yarns sourced through OEKO-TEX certified partners, with flexibility to develop specific compositions and GSMs to spec.
CAP / 06
Fast Turnaround
Quotes within 48 hours, sampling within two weeks, and flexible scheduling that suits both growing brands testing products and established labels running large seasonal programs.
§ 04 · WHAT WE OFFER
Our commitment to your brand.
Everything we do is designed to give brands the flexibility to grow — without compromising on quality, compliance, or timelines. The detail below is what that looks like in practice.
01
Quality & Consistency
Every product is inspected at multiple stages for durability, finish and construction. The standard doesn’t flex with volume — a 300-piece trial receives the same rigour as a 30,000-piece program, which is what makes reorders predictable.
02
Full Sampling Service
Both sales samples and pre-production samples are produced in-house, so your team can present collections and sign off construction and fit before committing to bulk.
03
Multi-Stage QC
Every order is inspected at cutting, inline and final stages against documented checkpoints, with in-house needle detection on finished garments — the same discipline whether the run is 300 pieces or 30,000.

§ 05 · SUSTAINABILITY IN ACTION
Responsible production is non-negotiable.
Sustainability at SAAAN is a documented practice, not a marketing line. Our fabric supply chain runs through OEKO-TEX certified partners, our organic cotton is GOTS-certified and our recycled content is verified to GRS — so a brand can substantiate its claims with transaction certificates rather than assurances. It’s a journey, and one that strengthens with every collection we produce.

THE ROAD AHEAD — PLANNED, NOT YET IN PLACE
STEP 01
Activate the second stitching hall. Bring the additional hall online to lift monthly output from today’s 60–70k units toward our 100k-unit capability.
STEP 02
Transition the facility to solar. Move to solar power to directly cut the Scope 3 emissions carried through our partners’ supply chains.
STEP 03
Pursue OEKO-TEX STeP certification. Add facility-level STeP certification once we reach sufficient scale.
STEP 04
Scale toward 300 machines. Grow installed capacity to 300 machines as recurring demand builds.
§ 06 · STANDARDS & CERTIFICATIONS
Full compliance, fully documented.
We operate under the full stack of standards international brands require — no shortcuts, nothing taken on trust. Every certificate below is current and verifiable, and the signed document is one click away.

§ 08 · LOOKING FORWARD
Our vision for
responsible growth.
We’re building toward a future where sustainable production, trusted partnerships and human craftsmanship come together to give global brands apparel that works as hard as the people who wear it. For us, growth means scaling capability and lowering footprint at the same time — never trading one against the other.
Director, SAAAN-APPAREL
V / 01
Quality as Standard
Quality and sustainability are non-negotiable baselines, not premium add-ons — every brand gets the same rigour regardless of order size.
V / 02
Equal Access
Brands of every size receive the same professionalism the global names get. Growth shouldn’t be gated behind impossible minimums.
V / 03
Innovation-Led
Continuous investment in fabric innovation and manufacturing technology — lifting performance and lowering footprint with each cycle.
V / 04
Responsible Growth
Scaling while reducing footprint — solar power, eco-certified materials, and fair, stable opportunities for our people.
